Application Fee: $40 (per applicant)
Cleaning Fee: $75 (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: between 1/2 and 2 month's rent
Annual Lease: $799/mo

Student/Senior Discount: $759/mo (students must have a qualified co-signor)
6 or 9 Month Lease: $820/mo
3 Month Lease: $850/mo

• Pet policy: Only cats allowed; maximum of 2 cats; $250 Non-refundable pet fee; $30 monthly fee per pet.

Need more space? Our two bedroom units feature the same comforts and features as our single bedroom units, plus the added benefit of a second bedroom which can also serve as a home office or study.
